Texas man arrested trying to cash $360 billion check.

A Fort Worth Texas man by the name of Charles Ray Fuller was arrested for trying to cash a $360 Billion personal check.
Charles Ray said he wanted to start a record company with the cash.
Maybe they should have cashed it......they could've paid Charles Ray in Ray Charles dollars.
